Anil is an extraordinary entrepreneur who has successfully initiated diversified businesses over the past 19 years in USA & India.
With a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, the United States of America, and global exposure, Anil has envisioned bringing a quality lifestyle comparable to international standards to India.
Having profound experience of developing mixed-use projects in South India, Anil has founded Mista Infra Pvt. Ltd. with plans to extend commercial lifestyle hubs across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities across India in association with global partners.

Sai Prathyusha Mikkineni is a passionate and ambitious entrepreneur from Dallas, Texas. She is the founder of Lucky Charms Event Planners and Co-founder of P2C InfoTech Inc and Mista Infra.
Prathyusha holds an Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering Degree from JNTU, Hyderabad. Although she started her career in Information Technology, she soon transitioned into being an entrepreneur with the establishment of Lucky Charms Event Planners. Within a short time, she became one of the leading Event Managers in the USA conducting conventions for all the major organizations in the country such as TANA, NATA, ATA, APTA, TPAD, DATA. She organized Maa Association Silver Jubilee Celebrations in 2018 in Dallas, Texas.
She also got a rare opportunity to conduct the Diwali celebrations event at former US President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago house and became the only Indian-origin woman to do that.
She has had a long association with IT Serve Alliance in the USA, conducting their conventions every year for the last 7 years. Prathyusha’s Lucky Charms is the only Event management company that got the Secret Service clearance to work with any president in the USA as an Event Planner.
She has conducted events attended by former US Presidents Trump, Clinton, and George Bush.

He has over 2 decades of experience and has led major projects as a Project Manager for SEW Infra, such as Teesta Urjja Hydroelectric Power Project, Sikkim, Polavaram Right Canal, Andhra Pradesh, and Myntdu Hydro Electric Project, Meghalaya.
With his vast experience in developing infra and construction, he will be spearheading the construction management at Mista Infra across Indian markets.

Shiva is a qualified cost accountant (ICWA) with over a decade of corporate experience in organizations like ITC, and ICICI Bank.
He went on to become an entrepreneur and developed residential projects in major cities of Andhra Pradesh.
With his experience as an entrepreneur, Shiva brings in his expertise in operations management in the construction industry and will ensure seamless execution of operations for the group.
Dr. Ram Kona
Chief Business Officer
Dr. Ram has a PhD in Management specializing in Real Estate, from GITAM University, Hyderabad and has an MBA in Marketing & Sales from Andhra University. He is also certified with NCFM, IRDA, and UGC-NET (Management).
He has over 2 and a half decades of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care across the banking and real estate sectors. He has worked in leading banks like Axis Bank, and Yes Bank as Vice President for over a decade.
He has led the Sales & CRM functions in leading real estate companies like the Lodha Group, Mumbai, Runwal Group, Mumbai, and M3M India, Gurgaon for over a decade.
Dr. Ram will bring his rich experience across the Real Estate and Banking industries to spearhead the Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Leasing initiatives at Mista Infra.

Sai Girish is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
He has diverse experience of 12 years in reputed audit firms like SSV & Co, Tambakad & Goil, Dupont & FMC Marketing Agency (Newgen), Call Health, Piramal Swasthya, and Dubai-based EFS Facility Services.
Deriving from his extensive experience, Girish will be leading the Finance Management at Mista Infra and will be responsible for ensuring compliance and taxation.
Hema Badam
Chief People Officer
Hema has a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology with an Honours in Human Resources Management from the University of Malaya, Malaysia.
She has over one and a half decades of corporate work experience in Malaysia across human resources, industrial relations, labour laws, grievances handling & redressal, employee engagement, and leadership development. She has worked for the Government of Malaysia.
At Mista Hema will spearhead the HR initiatives including recruitment, and employee engagement.
Manjunath M
Chief Technical Officer
Manjunath comes with a rich experience of close to 2 decades as a technical lead in companies such as Land Army Corporation Ltd., Gautham Jahnavi Constructions Pvt. Ltd., V-TECH Constructions, and Marvel Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd.
Deriving from his extensive experience, Manjunath will be designing the construction methodologies and will be heading the end-to-end Project Management.

Raghavendra is a professional with over 14 plus years of experience in Administration. His comprehensive experience extends across facility management, procurement, logistics, travel, and entertainment.
At Mista, Raghav ensures the smooth and safe functioning of all the Mista Infra Office facilities, while also ensuring smooth fulfillment of the organizations, logistics and travel requirements.

PRESIDENT - LIAISING & Civic Relationship
Nagaraj has worked as the Vice Chairman of Panchayat (Place). He has over 20 years of experience in Revenue generation. Nagaraj is an expert with a proven track record in structuring real-estate deals across Bangalore.
At Mista Infra, Nagaraj heads the Liaisoning and civic Relationship department and ensures efficiency in the approval processes.
Nageswara Rao
HEAD - PROJECTs
Nageswara obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada.
He has over two decades of experience in infrastructure projects and has worked for Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd., Technofab Engineering Ltd., and Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd. He has extensive experience in developing infrastructure projects such as major irrigation, green energy, and drinking water projects in several states in India.
With his vast experience, he leads the construction management at Mista Infra for the Indian markets.
Abhijit Atur
Legal Advisor (Partner at Agraa Legal)
Abhijit has previously worked at J Sagar Associates (JSA) for almost a decade. During his tenure with JSA, he gained experience in the field of corporate and commercial litigation. He handled several high-value transactions involving amalgamations, demergers, restructuring of private and public listed companies, etc. He has closely worked with several large corporates in structuring their investments.
After moving out of JSA, Abhijit has joined M/s Agraa Legal, a boutique law firm, as one of its partners. He has been advising and representing clients before the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal in respect of matters pertaining to oppression and mismanagement, amalgamations and arrangement between the companies, reduction of capital, and other matters under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. He has good experience in handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and he has been representing real estate companies and financial institutions before the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate tribunal in respect of such matters.
Abhijit also regularly advises his clients on day-to-day corporate commercial matters and in relation to venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions.

Lokesh holds a Master’s Degree in Communications from Manipal University.
He comes with a diverse experience of over one and a half decades in marketing & communication areas across Education, IT, and Real Estate industries. He has worked with leading organizations like JMR Infotech, and Manipal Global.
At Mista he will lead the marketing, branding, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
Sridhar Chaturvedula
Head - Sales & CRM
Sridhar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research. He has also completed his BTech in Civil Engineering from Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College.
He is a seasoned professional with over 19 Years of experience in diverse sectors like Health, Education, Banking & Financial Services.
Sridhar is a trustworthy Program Manager and a successful Key Account Manager in relationship marketing. He has worked for leading organizations like the National Health Mission – Telangana State, Butterfly Edufields Pvt. Ltd., TMI e2E Academy Pvt. Ltd., Emergency Management & Research Institute, HSBC, Citibank, and HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd.
At Mista Infra, Sridhar will lead the NRI Sales initiatives and operations.

Venkateswara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University.
He has over one and half decades of experience as a Procurement Specialist and leading the department. He has worked for established real estate infra companies like Marvel, and Atkay, among others.
At Mista Infra, Venkateswara will be heading the Procurement functions including planning, production, and acquisitions.
Chaitanya Varma K

Chatianya has a BTech in Computer Science from JNTU, Kakinada.
He comes with an extensive experience of over one and a half decades in the real estate industry. He was an entrepreneur and has worked with large organizations like L&T and Coromandel Group.
At Mista he will head the internal communications and engagement to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination.

Poornachand holds a Master’s in Structural Engineering from JNTUK and he is a member of various professional bodies like the Institute of Valuers New Delhi, the Association of Consulting Civil Engineers, and the Institute of Engineers.
Poorna has an accomplished expertise in Quality Management procedures with over 20 years of experience in handling various construction projects. He has a proven track record of successful completion of complex and high-value projects with a primary emphasis on completing on schedule within the budgeted costs and delivering quality products covering the entire scope. He has vast experience in infrastructure development, industrial, and real estate projects with organizations like Progressive Constructions, Vishal Projects Suchirindia Developers, Reliance.
With his extensive experience in developing infrastructure projects and managing construction, Poorna will be spearheading Quality Control Management at Mista Infra.
Dr. Uday K Ravella

Dr. Uday has a PhD in Advanced Materials Science from Uiversite du Miane, Le Mans, France. He is an Erasmus Mundus Fellow with Dual Master’s degrees in Materials Engineering from University of Turin, Torino, Italy and from University of Rennes 1, Rennes, France. He worked as a visiting scientist at Imperial College London and CNEA, Bariloche, Argentina. He is a recipient of multiple grants and scholarships from Govt’s of India, France, UK, EU, and Argentina.
He has over 15 years of domestic and international experience as a Scientist and an Academic, while heading departments in multiple universities. He possesses strong student and parent counselling experience involving admissions and placements with an adept eye at industrial hiring practices.
Here at Mista, Uday is spearheading the Talent Acquisitions team, bringing in human resources for our growing organization.

Worked with the MNCs Pentafour Pvt Ltd, Reliance Global Com, HCL, Microland and Anuta Networks which covers silicon graphics, software development, data centre backups & storage, Network Automation and customer support.
He is the founding member of 24farms.com, Prop Manager Pvt Ltd and Nirvapate Agro Pvt Ltd.
His innovative self-sustainable organic agricultural projects were applauded nationally as they produce solar electrical power, biogas, fodder, paddy, pulses, vegetables and fruits and hosts above 50 extinct cow breeds Malnadu Giddalu. Adopted microbial cultivation practices to minimize the cultivation expenses and maintained a lab with 30 types of live microbes and fungi. His farm received Ideal Farmer (Adarsha Raythu) award from Andhra Pradesh Govt for the year 2014.

Muralidhara is a qualified Advocate with an LLB Degree from the KLE Law College, affiliated to Karnataka State Law University, Hubli. He has over 12 years of dedicated legal practice with expertise in Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Revenue matters and Documentation as well as providing expert legal opinion. Muralidhara has successfully represented clients across multiple jurisdictions, including the High Court of Karnataka, Revenue courts, civil courts, Criminal courts, and Family courts in Bangalore. At Mista Infra, Murali is serving as an AGM- Company Advocate, where he leverages his extensive legal expertise to offer strategic legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance.
